The significance of 2020 is that it not only marks a new year, but a new decade for the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program. We are beginning the ’20s from a place of strength, continuing the iconic traditions and platforms for which we are known.
Our Global Luxury certification course remains one of the most rigorous luxury training programs in the country, ensuring that our clients are represented by only the most skilled and educated luxury real estate professionals. For 2020, we’ve added five courses, including Gen Blue New York.
We’ll also be expanding our special manager’s course as well. Our branded Coldwell Banker Global Luxury offices will continue to expand into new U.S. and international locations this year. All of this means that we will continue to position our agents and our clients for future success — no matter where they happen to be in the world.
Opportunities on the digital side are only getting better for our agents and clients. Expect to see enhancements to our website, ColdwellBankerLuxury.com, this year. Plans to increase our blog readership are already in full swing, too. While our global listing syndication program is one of the most connected in the industry, we plan on building upon our earlier successes in 2020. And we are going to continue to educate and train Global Luxury Specialists on how to leverage the amazing information available through our exclusive WealthEngine partnership. Our flagship magazine, Homes & Estates, will not only get a refreshed look in fall 2020, but will see worldwide distribution expanded. Our latest issue, a special insert for the Wall Street Journal, is scheduled to hit mailboxes at the end of this month — so keep an eye out for that! I’ll go ahead and tease the cover right here:
Last but certainly not least, we are entering our third year for “The Report,” our annual analysis of luxury real estate trends and data, and our second year for “A Look at Wealth” (ALAW), a special collaboration between the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury program and WealthEngine released annually. Our most recent ALAW report examined the millennial millionaire lifestyle — grabbing national headlines and earning the distinction of being the Coldwell Banker® brand’s No. 1 press launch of 2019. How do you top that? You’ll find out this fall! And please — don’t miss our latest annual report, which is due out this February.
To say the least, I am very excited to kick off the new year. There is much, much more to come from the luxury side of Coldwell Banker in 2020. Rather than the Roaring ’20s, I’m calling it the “Soaring ’20s.” Cheers!
