What better day than the summer solstice to bring together the worlds of polo and aeronautics at the 7th Ultimate Jet Polo Trophy Luxaviation event, sponsored by Coldwell Banker Demeure Prestige in Paris, the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury® program’s first office outside the United States. Held on June 21 on the edge of the Bois de Boulogne at the Polo Club de Paris, this prestigious annual event attracted more than 500 spectators who cheered on our Coldwell Banker team and the Paris Helicopter Center, followed by a trophy presentation, dinner and cocktails, and an evening reception in this glamorous, historic setting. The Paris Helicopter Center team was captained by Laurent Dassault, a polo enthusiast and CEO of French aerospace company Dassault Aviation.
All the participants showcased their athletic prowess; we are especially proud of our Coldwell Banker team who again showcased the core values that also allow them to succeed in luxury real estate at the highest level: work ethic, dedication, and team spirit.
Our Coldwell Banker network is proud to participate in numerous exclusive sporting events each year, including the UJ Polo Trophy, collective equestrian, and Jumping International de Megève—Edmond de Rothschild. Coldwell Banker Alps Realty was among the world’s greatest riders for seven days in a beautiful, historic village in the heart of the Alps; Megève attracts upwards of 25,000 people to this show jumping event.
Last year, Coldwell Banker celebrated the launch of its new Global Luxury program by measuring itself against the best professional polo players in the world at the Polo Club of Paris. The event also served as an opportunity to raise funds for charity and create awareness of Diabetes Type 1.
Coldwell Banker® Mondatta Real Estate in Mougins took an approach outside the sports world—but every bit as luxurious—in order to showcase its luxury properties, partnering with luxury auto brand Aston Martin. Prospective buyers of an $8.1 million property were able to drive a new Aston Martin as part of their experience and also taste the cuisine of renowned chef Xavier Malandran during a live demonstration.
