Caroline Wozniacki and David Lee’s Fisher Island Waterfront Residence

Going inside this stunning estate in the sky, you’re met with an immediate sense of awe. Mesmerizing water views, the ultimate in designer luxury and world-class amenities define the offering. What makes it even more alluring is the fact that it is owned by celebrity athletes, Caroline Wozniacki and David Lee. Wozniacki is the world’s No. 2 tennis player and the winner of 30 Women’s Tennis Association singles titles and David Lee is a former New York Knicks player and a 2-time NBA All-Star.

Set atop the Palazzo Del Sol development on Miami’s tony Fisher Island, the residence spans over 8,400 square feet with five bedrooms and roughly 2,500 square feet of wrap terrace space. Six additional outdoor living areas afford panoramic views of the Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, Miami Beach Marina, and Government Cut. It overlooks South of Fifth, South Pointe Park, downtown Miami and Fisher Island. A private elevator opens to the beautiful residence, featuring interiors designed by Christina Hamoui of Brazil’s Artefacto and an open layout punctuated by 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows and Tecnoglass window systems. Fully furnished by Artefacto, the residence is designed with highly curated works of art showcasing stunning craftsmanship. The residence’s gourmet Boffi kitchen boasts Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances. The principal suite offers a lounge and furnished terrace, and its principal bath boasts Statuaria Bookmatched marble and Starphire glass. The additional bathrooms are ultra-luxurious, featuring Dornbracht and Duravit fixtures, plus a Piero Lissoni bathtub. Additional features include Apure lighting by Porsche Design Studio, and Nest thermostats and linear air diffusers.

Palazzo Del Sol, a sprawling 10-story, 46-residence Kobi Karp-designed palazzo, is a modern homage to Fisher Island’s original development, the Mediterranean Vanderbilt Mansion, built in 1936. The boutique building sits on 8.1 acres, and is Fisher Island’s most exclusive building, as well as its first true full-service building.

Palazzo Del Sol residents enjoy the building’s 6-star concierge service and amenities. Amenities include a fitness center and cardio room designed by “The Wright Fit,” private massage rooms, hair and makeup salon, state-of-the-art movie theater with superior sound quality and luxury seating, zero-edge heated pool and spa with towel service and outdoor bar, poolside cabanas available for purchase, and a north lobby terrace lounge with indoor/outdoor seating. Other amenities include a meeting room for six to eight people with video conferencing capabilities, “Kidville”-designed children’s playroom, 6-star multilingual full-service concierge, butler-staffed aperitivo bar and lounge, valet parking with optional self-parking, and Enzo Enea-designed landscaped gardens and walkways.

Also, residents enjoy the 5-star Fisher Island amenities including the beach club, spa, gourmet market, golf course, tennis, Vanderbilt mansion, two deep water marinas, fine restaurants and a private school. Residents of Palazzo Del Sol also have access to the lap pool and restaurant in the Palazzo Del Luna building.
