As 2016 comes to an end, it’s a great time to look back on the finest luxury moments for the Coldwell Banker® brand. What an incredible year of growth we’ve had! We revamped the Coldwell Banker Previews International® certification course to great fanfare. We represented several landmark sales and listings. And we expanded our digital reach to build on our leadership position at the very highest levels of real estate.

We have made tremendous strides in the social media world this year, most especially by expanding our presence beyond Facebook and Twitter to include Pinterest and Instagram. Our idea was to give our followers more insider access to the extraordinary homes we represent — and it paid off! Our efforts have produced over 3.8 million total engagements for the year — an 800% year-over-year increase! Our blog, Previews® Inside Out, has also taken on new life this year, as we moved the popular “Home of the Week” series here and committed ourselves to adding more fresh content to the site on a weekly basis. We also rolled out the “World’s Most Expensive Homes” video series on Previews Inside Out this year. Our most recent video, which was shot in San Clemente at one of Tim Smith’s most beautiful listings, shows just how powerful film can be in luxury real estate — a hallmark of the Previews® program that we have carried with us for decades. In fact, the video has already been viewed by 281,000 people on YouTube alone since debuting October 27.

I take great pride in these accomplishments, and I look forward to giving you even more memorable moments in 2017. The launch of our new luxury website — set for March — will further solidify our authority in the highest echelons of real estate. We will also be releasing a new Luxury Market Report in the spring, which will give you the latest analysis and statistical information on a unique market sector that is often difficult to track. These developments underscore our commitment to not just working luxury, but living luxury every day. Here’s to another successful year of fine living with the Coldwell Banker Previews International program. Happy holidays and happy new year to all!
