On October 18, I stood in a packed ballroom at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach and revealed the highly anticipated, revamped Coldwell Banker Previews International® certification course to 100 top real estate agents from around the globe. The energy and excitement in the room was palpable. “Luxury is a lifestyle choice” and “Deepen your knowledge,” they heard, as they listened to three great masters — Wendy Walker, Jennifer Ames and Jade Mills — present their best practices for serving high-net-worth clientele. These women are true experts whose lifetime sales are measured in the hundreds of millions, and even billions, of dollars in the top real estate markets in the nation. Their experience proves that wherever the Coldwell Banker® name goes, a standard of excellence follows.

For those who earn the distinction of calling themselves “Previews® Property Specialists,” excellence exists at all levels of luxury — in every price point. We continue to see the Coldwell Banker influence reigning from the top down. The latest example of our leadership arrived with our participation in two landmark sales in Holmby Hills this year: the Playboy Mansion and the newly built masterpiece estate on Carolwood Drive, listed for $150 million. Across the country, our esteemed Previews Property Specialists were also selected to market a prized 14-acre estate in Brookline, Massachusetts, listed for $90 million last month.

Being chosen to market one of these extraordinary properties is an honor in and of itself. These properties are proof that the Coldwell Banker brand is capable of influencing the absolute highest echelons of the real estate market today. The fact that our real estate agents participated in over 25,000 homes priced at $1 million or more last year only further solidifies our longstanding record of luxury real estate authority. We are luxury, plain and simple. We live it, we work it, we breathe it. And what’s so important to me now is that the Previews standard is the same — whether a client seeks out representation in Beverly Hills, Boston or in the Bahamas.

I am fond of quoting the late, great radio personality, speaker and writer Earl Nightingale, and it bears repeating: “Excellence always sells.” We look forward to bringing excellence to all our most discriminating clients, this year and the next.
